Refactor xmonconf script by modularizing functions
- Moved i3-related functions to ~/.local/share/dabruh/libs/bash/i3.sh - Moved USB-related functions to ~/.local/share/dabruh/libs/bash/usb.sh - Moved xrandr-related functions to ~/.local/share/dabruh/libs/bash/x.sh - Added checks in each library file to ensure required functions are sourced - Updated xmonconf script to source these new library files
